Abstract: This book investigates the political participation of migrants in exclusionary environments, where social and political marginalization often leads to the formation of subcultures within these communities. It explores the pathways from political engagement to radicalization, considering how discrimination and lack of integration contribute to extreme political behaviors. The text also addresses the role of counterterrorism and rehabilitation strategies in preventing radicalization. Through a multi-disciplinary lens, the book analyzes the intersection of migration, identity, political exclusion, and the impact of counter-radicalization policies. It highlights both the challenges of integrating migrants into society and the need for nuanced rehabilitation approaches to address radicalized individuals within migrant communities. Keywords: Migrants Political participation Exclusionary contexts Subcultures Radicalization Social integration Identity politics Marginalization Counterterrorism Rehabilitation Radicalization prevention
